Strawberry Sorbet

✨4 Cups frozen organic strawberries
✨3 Tablespoons pure maple syrup
✨2 Tablespoons MCT Oil
✨1 Tablespoon lemon juice


Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender like a @vitamix. Blend until thoroughly combined—less blending makes for a chunkier sorbet. Choose your own adventure! You can serve it immediately or store it in an airtight container in the freezer and enjoy it later! Makes about four servings...depending on how crazy you go! 😂

Supposedly it’s Fall, but San Diego hasn’t gotten the memo! Prolonged Summer calls for Strawberry Sorbet—my faaaave. I tried a little something new and added MCT Oil to the recipe to help slow down the blood sugar spike, plus it helps the sorbet thaw a little faster after you’ve been storing it in the freezer! #foodscience
